About Us

Meet Dr. Chioma Anyadike, owner, CEO, and Lead Pharmacist of Pharmacy 45. She is a long time Texan, new mother, and comes from a family of medical professionals. Growing up she was always fascinated with science, chemistry, and solving analytical problems leading her to pursue a degree in pharmacy.

Graduating from the Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy in New Orleans she has been a practicing pharmacist since 2007. She’s worked in multiple sectors of the pharmaceutical industry, including over ten years as a pharmacist for a leading corporation. However she realized the need for smaller neighborhood pharmacies where patients can get a personalized experience and build a relationship with their pharmacist. Thus, she acquired Pharmacy 45 in 2018.

Her work ethic and empathy stem from her passion to help people on a personal basis. To learn their needs and answer questions is something she takes very seriously. As a natural educator, she communicates efficiently with her patients to make sure they have thorough understanding. The priority of care for you and your family is the same care she expects for her own. Pharmacy 45 provides honest and confidential services with uncompromising integrity.

She recently relocated her pharmacy to Sugar Land, TX, where she hopes to make an impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, however provides services and delivers to the Greater Houston Area.
